Zeroturn Full Service Procedure

•   Run unit to warm up.
•   Test Park Brakes and braking functions.
•   Test run deck for abnormal vibration or noise .
•   Check transmission and engine oil for leaks. (Look for any unusual oily dust buildup).
•   Mark hours and date on the filter with a silver sharpie.
•   Change engine oil and filter.
•   Check or replace air filter and pre-filter. (Commercial units, replace only if it fails permeability test)
•   Replace spark plugs.
•   Check fuel line, if its cracked or brittle.
•   Replace fuel filter.
•   Test battery, check fluid level and test charging system.
•   Clean battery terminals, make sure they are tight and spray with protector.
•   Recheck oil level after mower ran for a minute or two.
•   Sharpen and balance blades.
•   Scrape out deck.
•   Apply never seize to blade bolts.
•  Check transmission drive and idler pulleys.
•  Check transmission oil level.
•  Check transmission drive belt.
•  Change hydro fluid/filter (if requested @ extra charge.)
•  Check deck wheel/bolt condition.
•  Check deck drive belt.
•  Check deck spindle bearings.
•  Check adjust tire pressure .
•  Check deck level side to side.
•  Check deck level front to back. (¼ inch front to back).  
•  Check all deck idler pulleys for noisy bearings.
•  Grease deck spindle bearings.     
•  Grease front axle pivot bushing.
•  Grease idler pulley arm if applicable.
•  Grease front spindle pivot bearings.
•  Grease front wheel bearings.
•  Test run through all basic operation.
•  Check tracking on zero turn units.
•  Power wash and polish.
