How It Works

The Preseason Full Service is a smart way to "beat the rush". Spring is always a busy time and the frustration of waiting in a long list to get your mower repaired, doesn't have to happen. Our Preseason program works like this... Come November we send out a card (it will appear like the card above) notifying you it is time to schedule for Preseason. If you aren't an existing customer you can call us up to Dec. 31st to be added to our list. You will call and notify us that you would like your mower added to the list for the Preseason Full Service. This enables you to get FREE pickup & delivery within 25 miles of our dealership. Once Dec. 1st rolls around we will start scheduling runs for picking up your mower.  We dispatch pickups by area so once we are picking up in your area we will give you a call a day ahead of the desired pickup day and notify you that we would like to pick it up. At this point you can accept the pickup date or reschedule for a more convenient pickup date. Once the mower is in our service shop it will be evaluated by our service team and you will hear from us about any major repairs that would need taken care of. Twenty-four hours before delivery we will notify you of our plans for delivery. Our goal is to have these services completed by March 15th. In the long haul it is a win for you and your piece of equipment.
